Taste the southern cuisine - a full dinner and 'a la carte' menu is available from 6:00 - 10:00, featuring jambalaya, gumbo, shrimp creole, cajun BBQd ribs, succotash, sausage, and other specialties. The late night menu after 10:00 pm offers 'po boy' sandwiches, Cajun slow roasted beef, Louisiana grilled chicken, and more. The fresh oyster and shrimp bar serves up heaping helpings of these favourite seafood delicacies.
